Michelle Stiff: #Boymom of two, Certified Personal Trainer, Health & Nutrition Coach specializing in women's hormones and metabolism.
I have a LOT of experience with failed diets, body dissatisfaction, anxiety and overwhelm.
This goal setting process is exactly what I used to:
