Who am I? 

 

Michelle Stiff: #Boymom of two, Certified Personal Trainer, Health & Nutrition Coach specializing in women's hormones and metabolism.

I have a LOT of experience with failed diets, body dissatisfaction, anxiety and overwhelm.

This goal setting process is exactly what I used to:

💥 recover from multiple miscarriages

💥 have two successful pregnancies despite being super high risk

💥 grow my dream businesses even though so many people thought I'd fail

💥 overcome anxiety and insomnia so I'm a happier mum and wife!
